Represents the thing-to-be-instantiated in a dynamic instantiation expression. Hibernate supports 3 "natures" of dynamic instantiation target; see DynamicInstantiationNature for further details.

The nature of this target.

getTargetTypeDescriptor

JavaType<T> getTargetTypeDescriptor()

getJavaType

For DynamicInstantiationNature.CLASS this will return the Class to be instantiated. For DynamicInstantiationNature.MAP and DynamicInstantiationNature.LIST this will return Map.class and List.class respectively.

The type to be instantiated.
